libprefork-perl software package provides Module loading for forking or non-forking processes in Perl, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libprefork-perl
libprefork-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libprefork-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libprefork-perl *
You will get with libprefork-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
